What Is The Best Way To Reheat Tandoori (grilled) Fish & Stir Fried Shrimp ?

I’m planning to make Tandoori fish (fish marinated in yogurt & spices and broiled in the oven ) & Stir fried shrimp (with sliced onions & bell peppers) for a dinner party tomorrow . I’m afraid that if I reheat these two dishes in the microwave the shrimp will become tough and the fish will become dry. Any ideas ?

I would wait until tomorrow to cook them. Just prepare all the vegetables and spices in advance. You are correct in that re-heated / microwaved seafood is no where near as freshly cooked
If you absolutely must, I suggest slowly reheating them over a water bath to control the heat. You want to avoid the fish boiling and getting tough
