For my science class, we are creating rockets made up of 2 liter soda bottles that are to be launched while hanging on a fishing line. We are not allowed to use chemicals or heat (fire), and liquid cannot spill out from the rocket. The rocket must be able to travel all the way across the room, which is about 15 meters in length. It also must be fastest in a race against an opposing rocket. What would be the most efficient way (and perhaps even the easiest way) to propel the rocket?

Why Should There Be A Tax On Salt Water Fishing While The State Doesn’t Pay To Keep The Fish Available?
To answer about offering an alternative: First of all the fish that enter Long Island Sound are not stocked fish as they are in the inland waters. The government does not control how many fish come into or go out of the Sound. There are funds already in place to help clean the Sound, so it will stay safe for recreation. It will cost the state more to enforce this tax. There would have to be patrols that would make random checks on fishermen asking for proof of the paid taxes. Worst of all, they will disrupt the quiet that is needed so the fish aren’t scared away. Little by little this state keeps choking its residents with the highest cost of living in the nation and now they want to pull the noose tighter. What do you suggest?

While Going Freshwater Fishing In Nj, Is A Fishing License Required Even If You Throw Back The Fish?
I’d like to go freshwater fishing at a lake here in NJ, but I don’t intend to keep any of the fish I catch. If I throw the fish back as soon as I catch them, is it legal for me to fish without a license?
