My son is an artist with a camera, but he goes fishing with me. This is how we learn to “love”.
I asked him to go fishing with me in the morning, and he took not only fishing rods, but also a film camera in his rig. After a few hours of intense concentration on hunting fish, he switched to hunting for a good shot. He walks around our fishing spot in search of an angle, symbol, light.
This year he also discovered bottom fishing! How? He says that it is very difficult to simultaneously look at the float and through the viewfinder. Then he decided that the bell would be able to react to the ringing, even having completely abandoned fishing. And what do you think? The bells were still ringing! Perch and bream, as well as other fish, rang. Our largest “Leshchenko” was caught just like that, but jumped out of my hands during the creation of the frame by me. My son doesn’t like to take such amateur pictures – “me and the fish”, and after this incident, I think, even more so! =)
These shots are grainy like a top dressing that we mixed, but to bite into such a “matter of taste”, of course. Maybe some of you, friends, fishermen, are not indifferent to such black-and-white pictures … Or, perhaps, someone else remembers fishing from the distant past, when black-and-white pictures were- “NOHOW“!
You can see that these frames contain something that does not almost depend on the amount of catch – the ability to rejoice at the moment in which I live, study, comprehend, achieve, remember. How is it in the program “not for fish, but for fishing”? I will not pretend that for me the number of fish and its “trophy” size is not important. But, looking at my son with a camera, I see myself with my fishing rod allegorically.
So, enjoy your viewing.
